Q2. What about the payment terms?

Our usual payment term is TT Payment or LC at sight. After the proforma invoice is confirmed, 30% deposit prepaid, and the balance before loading.

Q4. Can I get a sample before mass production?

Yes, the sample charge will refund you after your order if reach our MOQ.

Q5. When the samples prepared?

It will take 7~14 days.

Q6. How long dose it take for mass production?

It depends on the order quantity. As normal 30-45 days( off season) or 45-60 days(busy season) after receiving the payment.

Q7. Can you do the designs for us(OEM)?

Yes. Please send us the details.

Q8. What about the delivery?

For ordinary goods, it is generally 15 days after receiving the advance payment. For urgent orders, it can be reduced to 3~7 days.

Q9. After receiving the product, if we find the defect, How do you solve it?

We will resend new replacement for free or refund accordingly.
